These terms govern your use of the Media Scape website and any service you book or buy through it. By using this site or placing an order you agree to them.

Our services

We provide digital marketing, design, web and app development, and event and artist management services. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline of any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.

Bookings & payments

• Prices shown on this site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change over time.
• Event registrations are confirmed against a per-guest advance shown at checkout; the balance (if any) is payable as advised for that event.
• Monthly plans are billed for the minimum commitment stated on the plan and continue until cancelled per that plan’s terms.
• Payments are collected through our payment gateway. Your order is confirmed only after the payment is verified.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding and design are owned by Media Scape unless stated otherwise. Ownership of work produced for a client transfers as set out in that client’s agreement, typically once payment is complete.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of West Bengal.
